>> How to make a reservation
Step 1 : Make a train plan and fill the online reservation or email us.
Step 2 : Follow the ticket purchase deadline and pay the ticket
Step 3 : Receive the ticket by mail before the departure date or Meet our staff at the station on tour date.
>> Ticket Purchase Deadline
A reservation by a customer automatically expires and will be canceled if the corresponding ticket is not purchased within a certain
"specified period of time, whether bought and picked up, or paid."
※ Reservations are possible during the day of the scheduled departure until 1 hour prior to departure.
※ When making a reservation, always remember to check the associated ticket purchase deadline.
>> Modifying Reservations
※ If you have not yet paid for the ticket, you may change your reservation without extra charge.
※ Once your payment has been completed, additional modifications will be assessed at 3% of the difference in fare resulting from the change or a minimum charge of \700.
>> Canceling a Reservation
※ Canceling a reservation before payment is completed. : You can always contact us for any changes.
※ Canceling a reservation after payment is completed.
1) 2 or more days prior to date of departure : 3% of the applicable fare and fees.
2) 24hours or less prior to date of departure : 7% of the applicable fare and fees.
3) Past the time of departure : 15% of the applicable fare and fees.
